From AppleLink you can use the addressing form "info@icon.co.at@INTERNET#" and CompuServe gives you the same functionality if you use "INTERNET:info@icon.co.at". Our previously established e-mail addresses of falk (on AppleLink) and 100010,501 (on CompuServe) are no longer valid and will be discontinued in the not-too-distant future.

Effective immediately we are shipping all products in electronic form only to help conserve the environment. You’ll find the documentation enclosed with the product in the form of an Adobe Acrobat 2.0 Portable Document File (PDF). You will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader Software, which is available for FREE from Adobe, to open and read the enclosed manual. You can download the Acrobat Reader from the Adobes WWW-server at the URL http://www.adobe.com/ as well as from many on-line services (CompuServe, AppleLink, America Online, ...) or we will send you the Reader via electronic mail, if you don’t have access to the World-Wide-Web. Simply send mail to <info@icon.co.at> and request the Adobe Acrobat Reader for the Macintosh.
